The DigiClone service is provided by a solopreneur based in the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as "Controller", "we", or "us"). We will refer to you as "you" or the "data subject".

2. What is this document?

If you wish to conclude a contract with us for the provision of the DigiClone service, or if you visit our website, we will process your personal data. We would like to inform you through this document about how such processing will take place.

This document is divided into two parts:

Purposes and Duration

Contract Conclusion: We process identification, contact, and payment data for the duration of the contract and subsequently for 3 years (basic data for 10 years).

Marketing: We may process data to send offers based on legitimate interest for the duration of the cooperation and subsequently for 3 years.

Communication: To answer queries, we process data for 1 year from the last communication.

5. Who has access to personal data?

We protect your data carefully. Access is primarily limited to us and our employees. In some cases, we may entrust another person (processor) to process personal data for us under a contract.

The following third-party processors are used, located in the EU and USA:

  • OpenAI: Artificial intelligence and data processing services (USA/EU).
  • RunPod: Cloud GPU infrastructure and hosting services (USA/EU).

Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: To know if and how we process your data.
  • Right to rectification: To correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten): To have data deleted if no longer needed or if you withdraw consent.
  • Right to restriction of processing: To limit how we use your data in certain cases.
  • Right to data portability: To receive your data in a machine-readable format.
  • Right to object: To object to processing based on legitimate interest.
  • Right to withdraw consent: At any time.
